The clearance rack you can always find paint that someone has mixed but did not like for whatever reason.

Paint that is cheap… UGGHH!!! Yes, Walmart paint is cheap. I certainly would not want to use it as it runs too much.. If you wanted something better but not too expensive(I still do not like it) but that would be Glidden paint at Home Depot

go to any paint store and ask them where is the paint that was a take back- The paint providers like Lowes will make the wrong color paint which the customer wont buy leading them to have to sell this pre made specific colored paint cheap.
