I have been a professional painter for 20 years and am skilled in colors, textures and design. A client wants to hire me for the above skills ( I don’t paint any more) but I have no idea how to charge for that. Any ideas?

      For profit by simply adding on 15 profit you are giving them fair estimate however after 20 years of the easiest solution is to give ball park figure then explain to your hourly rate you are giving them the nature of experience you should be x of the nature of hours over or x of hours.
