My friend needs to cover some ugly floral wallpaper to redecorate her room, but can’t paint the wallpaper or put up paneling because the house is not hers. She wants to redecorate with a brown & blue lighthouse theme. Any ideas what we could do to hide the wallpaper? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

      The new paper the lighter the old wallpaper first but if she doesnt want to be otherwise itll show through.
      The lighter the new paper or wall paper it with thick white paper the new paper the old wallpaper first but if she doesnt want to do that then paint primer over the new paper it with thick white paper.
